Based on the contract signed between our company and the 15th GAP Regional Directorate of the State Hydraulic Works for the “Mardin Storage Gravity Irrigation Material Supply 4th Part HDPE” project with a value of 44,531,177.12 TL, an amount of 39,179,380.82 TL has been collected as the first progress payment on 28.12.2023.
On 27.12.2023 (today), our company signed a sales contract worth 26,712,142.55 TL (including VAT) with a domestic firm for the “Manisa Kırkağaç Çobanlar Reservoir Irrigation Construction Work” under the administration of the 2nd Regional Directorate of the State Hydraulic Works General Directorate in Izmir. The entire contract amount has been collected.
The contract amount represents 3.39% of the 2022 revenue.
Regarding the increase of our issued capital from 80,000,000 TL to 100,000,000 TL due to the public offering, our Board of Directors decided on 25.12.2023 to notify the Capital Markets Board that the capital increase procedures have been completed in accordance with the provisions of the Capital Markets Law and related regulations, and the procedures specified in the Prospectus. Additionally, in accordance with Article 18, Paragraph 7 of the Capital Markets Law, the Board resolved to apply to the Capital Markets Board to obtain an opinion for the amendment of Article 6 titled “Capital” of the Company’s Articles of Association. Accordingly, the application for the approval of the amendment to the Articles of Association was submitted on 26.12.2023 (today).

On 21.12.2023, our company signed a sales contract worth 1,668,740.60 EUR (53,244,673.19 TL, based on the CBRT selling rate) with a firm based in Jordan for the “Iraq Rumila Water Intake Project” for the sale of “HDPE Pipes.” The contract amount represents 6.76% of the 2022 revenue.
A contract worth 55,429,425.93 TL (excluding VAT) has been signed between our company and a domestic firm for the sale of HDPE100 infrastructure pipes.
