In accordance with the principles set forth under the Turkish Commercial Code No. 6102, the Capital Markets Law No. 6362, and the relevant legislation, it was resolved at the Ordinary General Assembly to appoint Rehber Independent Audit and Certified Public Accounting Joint Stock Company as the independent auditor to audit our Company’s financial statements for the fiscal period 01.01.2025 – 31.12.2025.
